Mentor in engineering and software
- 🇪🇸 Girona, Catalonia, Spain

- English, Spanish
For 42 years I've mentored people in engineering and software. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

you helped me get my first engineering job in 2025. I still have your notes. Thank you again.
