Cristina C. Álvarez
Jazz player and teacher in Guadalajara
- 🇲🇽 Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico
- Since 1997
- English, Spanish
I play jazz and drums. I started in 1997 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 15 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
What gifts mean to Cristina: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
