Clean-up crews organizer in Bogotá

I organize the clean-up crews in Bogotá. About 118 people rely on it every week.
Our crew is about 21 people now. Everyone brings something.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
What gifts mean to Cristian: A gift would go toward supplies for our weekly sessions.
