I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,850 people through Unity Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Craig
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Craig: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
