For 38 years I've run the softball program at Mount Pleasant Football Club in Austin. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
