Courtney P. Thomas
Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇨🇦 Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada
- Regina Trades Guild
- 2012 to 2020
- English
I'm a baking specialist. If you live around Regina, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I make terrible puns.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
What gifts mean to Courtney: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
