Courtney M. Russell
Volunteer mentor with Baobab Association
- 🇺🇸 Rochester, New York, United States
- Baobab Association
- 2007 to 2024
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 530 people through Baobab Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
