I coached athletics at Rochester Maple Ridge Athletic Club from 2009 to 2018. Most of my players were between 12 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I walk the dog by the river.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
