Courtney F. Joyner

Chess and fitness coach, Brooklyn

  • 🇺🇸 Brooklyn, New York, United States
  • Brooklyn Sports Club
  • 2018 to 2025
  • English
I coached chess at Brooklyn Sports Club from 2018 to 2025. Most of my players were between 8 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life. Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I answered every email, even at midnight.
