I've coached badminton at Los Angeles Athletic Club since 1999. Most of my players were between 11 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Cora
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Cora: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
