Cora B. Gilbert

Youth rowing coach and mentor

  • 🇺🇸 Yonkers, New York, United States
  • Queensway Athletic Club
  • 2005 to 2023
  • English
For 18 years I ran the rowing program at Queensway Athletic Club in Yonkers. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather. Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I garden badly but happily.
