I taught art and chemistry at Los Angeles Boys' School, Los Angeles. I learned every name in the first week.
Over the years I had 1,200 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Cooper
If you were in my Grade 11 class, you probably remember the day the fire alarm went off during the exam.
What gifts mean to Cooper: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
