I taught biology at Rockford Boys' School in Rockford from 2010 to 2021. Most days I taught Year 9, and I played music while people worked.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Cooper
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
