Consuelo P. Guzmán
Farming mentor, Spokane
- 🇺🇸 Spokane, Washington, United States
- Bamboo Foundation
- 2016 to 2024
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 310 people through Bamboo Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Consuelo
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Consuelo: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
