Consuelo M. Romero

Family farm, cassava and olives

  • 🇺🇸 Sacramento, California, United States
  • Baobab Growers Co-op
  • 1995 to 2013

I farm cassava near Sacramento. The land was my family's before me and I hope it will be someone's after me. I teach local school groups about where food comes from. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
