Consuelo M. Delgado
Mentor in teaching and careers
- 🇪🇸 Tarragona, Catalonia, Spain
- St. Joseph's Youth Network
- Since 1996
- Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,620 people through St. Joseph's Youth Network.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm learning the guitar.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Consuelo
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
