I'm a swimming coach. I never went pro, but I got to see 1,630 kids fall in love with the game.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I'm learning the guitar.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Consuelo
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Consuelo: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
