I've grown cassava from 1994 to 2016, with a bit of sheep on the side. I'm up before the sun most days.
I teach local school groups about where food comes from. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
What gifts mean to Consuelo: I'd put gifts toward a small storage shed.
