Comfort Kemi Lawal
Social studies and art teacher, Badagry
- 🇳🇬 Badagry, Lagos, Nigeria
- Badagry Technical College
- Since 1997
- English, Yoruba
I came to teaching late, after working as a nurse, and 29 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I've run the art club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I walk the dog by the river.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Comfort
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Comfort: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
