For 24 years I ran the cricket program at Willow Creek Athletic Club in Lagos. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I'm still learning every day.
