Colton T. James
Mentor in teaching and software
- 🇺🇸 El Paso, Texas, United States
- El Paso Foundation
- 1981 to 1992
- English, Spanish
For eleven years I've mentored people in teaching and software. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm learning the guitar.
More about Colton
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
