Collins David Opio
Self-taught digital art artist
- 🇹🇿 Dodoma, Dodoma, Tanzania
- Little Starlight Gallery
- 2006 to 2025
- English, Swahili
I work mostly in digital art, sometimes glass art. My first show was in 2006 at Little Starlight Gallery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
Most of my work is inspired by the river near my house. I walk the dog by the river.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
What gifts mean to Collins: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
