I've worked in upholstery since 2015. I learned from my grandfather and passed what I could on to 390 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I make terrible puns.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Colleen
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Colleen: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
