Coach Zubby
Cycling and fitness coach, Awka
- 🇳🇬 Awka, Anambra, Nigeria
- Awka Youth Club
- 1981 to 2019
- English, Hausa
I coached cycling at Awka Youth Club from 1981 to 2019. Most of my players were between 12 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I answered every email, even at midnight.
More about Coach Zubby
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Coach Zubby: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
