I'm a softball coach. I never went pro, but I get to see 510 kids fall in love with the game.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. My door was open at lunch.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Coach Zubby
If you played for me, you probably remember the snow day nobody expected.
What gifts mean to Coach Zubby: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
