I coached hockey at Kraków Athletic Club from 2008 to 2017. Most of my players were between 11 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I'm always reading two books at once.
More about Coach Zofia
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Coach Zofia: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
