Youth basketball coach and mentor
- 🇷🇺 Yekaterinburg, Sverdlovsk Oblast, Russia
- Yekaterinburg Community Club
- Since 2010
- English
For 16 years I've run the basketball program at Yekaterinburg Community Club in Yekaterinburg. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never turn anyone away.
More about Coach Zlata
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Coach Zlata: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
