For 29 years I've run the gymnastics program at Kharkiv Boxing Gym in Kharkiv. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
I'm still learning every day.
