Coach Zhen
Swimming coach, Austin Maple Ridge Boxing Gym
- 🇺🇸 Austin, Texas, United States
- Austin Maple Ridge Boxing Gym
- 1996 to 2019
- English, Mandarin
I coached swimming at Austin Maple Ridge Boxing Gym from 1996 to 2019. Most of my players were between 8 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
What gifts mean to Coach Zhen: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
