For nine years I've run the rugby program at Osaka Sports Club in Osaka. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Coach Yusuke
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Coach Yusuke: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
