For 18 years I've run the rowing program at Beacon Youth Club in Essen. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
What gifts mean to Coach Yuri: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.

I still think about the day the fire alarm went off during the exam. Best summer of my life. Greetings from Coventry.
