Coach Yonas

Table tennis coach, Mekelle Community Club

  • 🇪🇹 Mekelle, Tigray, Ethiopia
  • Mekelle Community Club
  • Since 1995
  • English, Amharic
I've coached table tennis at Mekelle Community Club since 1995. Most of my players were between 11 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life. Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I'm learning the guitar. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

More about Coach Yonas

Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
