Coach Yolanda
Youth basketball coach and mentor
- 🇺🇸 Fort Worth, Texas, United States
- Fort Worth Crescent Swimming Club
- Since 1994
- English, Spanish
For 32 years I've run the basketball program at Fort Worth Crescent Swimming Club in Fort Worth. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I make terrible puns.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
Sports or skills coached
What gifts mean to Coach Yolanda: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
