Coach Yinka
Coached cross country for 26 years in Lagos
- 🇳🇬 Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria
- Lagos Sports Club
- Since 2000
- English, Hausa
For 26 years I've run the cross country program at Lagos Sports Club in Lagos. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I learn every name in the first week.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
