Coach Yasir
Youth swimming coach and mentor
- 🇵🇰 Mardan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan
- Mardan Boxing Gym
- Since 2006
- English, Urdu, Spanish
I've coached swimming at Mardan Boxing Gym since 2006. Most of my players were between 11 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I play music while people worked.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Coach Yasir
If you played for me, you probably remember the quiz night we nearly won.
What gifts mean to Coach Yasir: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
