Coach Yan

Youth rugby coach and mentor

  • 🇳🇿 Manukau, Auckland, New Zealand
  • Holy Cross Youth Club
  • Since 1997
  • English, Spanish
I've coached rugby at Holy Cross Youth Club since 1997. Most of my players were between 10 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life. Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
