- 🇮🇳 Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India
- Kanpur Silverlake Boxing Gym
- Since 1982

For 44 years I've run the football program at Kanpur Silverlake Boxing Gym in Kanpur. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer.
I'm still learning every day.

Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Coach Yamuna: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.

You coached me in 1992. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Dharan.
