Coach Yakubu
Youth boxing coach and mentor
- 🇳🇬 Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria
- Unity Swimming Club
- Since 1999
- English, Igbo
I'm a boxing coach. I never went pro, but I get to see 1,270 kids fall in love with the game.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never turn anyone away.
More about Coach Yakubu
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
