I'm a table tennis coach. I never went pro, but I get to see 1,040 kids fall in love with the game.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never raise my voice.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Coach Yael
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
Sports or skills coached
What gifts mean to Coach Yael: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
