Coach Xue
Youth rowing coach and mentor
- 🇺🇸 Lowell, Massachusetts, United States
- Summit Community Club
- 1984 to 1993
- English
For nine years I ran the rowing program at Summit Community Club in Lowell. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I answered every email, even at midnight.
More about Coach Xue
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
