Coach Xolani
Cycling coach, Soweto Football Club
- 🇿🇦 Soweto, Gauteng, South Africa
- Since 2018
- English
I've coached cycling at Soweto Football Club since 2018. Most of my players were between 12 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Coach Xolani
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Coach Xolani: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
