Coach Winda

Youth cross country coach and mentor

  • 🇮🇩 Jakarta, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia
  • Jakarta Swimming Club
  • 1979 to 2012
  • English, Indonesian
I'm a cross country coach. I never went pro, but I got to see 590 kids fall in love with the game. Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.

More about Coach Winda

I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.

What gifts mean to Coach Winda: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
