Coach William
Youth athletics coach and mentor
- 🇬🇭 Kumasi, Ashanti, Ghana
- 2016 to 2024
- English, Twi
I coached athletics at Highland Youth Club from 2016 to 2024. Most of my players were between 10 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never once raised my voice.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Coach William
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Coach William: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
