Coach Wambui
Youth boxing coach and mentor
- 🇰🇪 Kakamega, Kakamega, Kenya
- Kakamega Youth Club
- 1995 to 2005
- English, Swahili
For ten years I ran the boxing program at Kakamega Youth Club in Kakamega. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
