For 43 years I've run the rowing program at Richards Bay Starlight Youth Club in Richards Bay. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I watch every football match going.
More about Coach Vusi
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Coach Vusi: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
