I've coached athletics at Vitória da Conquista Acacia Youth Club since 2007. Most of my players were between 11 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Coach Viviane
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Coach Viviane: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
