Coach Vinícius

Chess and fitness coach, Campinas

  • 🇧🇷 Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil
  • Campinas Hope Swimming Club
  • Since 2000
  • Portuguese
I've coached chess at Campinas Hope Swimming Club since 2000. Most of my players were between 10 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life. Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I write a short note to every student at the end of term.

More about Coach Vinícius

I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.

What gifts mean to Coach Vinícius: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
