Coach Vinayak
Football coach, Coimbatore Athletic Club
- 🇮🇳 Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India
- Coimbatore Athletic Club
- 1991 to 2012
- English
I coached football at Coimbatore Athletic Club from 1991 to 2012. Most of my players were between 9 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Coach Vinayak
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
Sports or skills coached
What gifts mean to Coach Vinayak: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
