Coach Vijay
Coached rugby for 30 years in Mumbai
- 🇮🇳 Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
- Mount Pleasant Swimming Club
- Since 1996
- English
For 30 years I've run the rugby program at Mount Pleasant Swimming Club in Mumbai. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I garden badly but happily.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
Sports or skills coached
What gifts mean to Coach Vijay: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.

You coached me in 2005. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Cairns.
