For 36 years I've run the gymnastics program at Madurai Youth Club in Madurai. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
